Job description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
  • You are responsible for working with customer base through strategic and consultative approach to win new business prospects.
  • Managing strategically full sales process from lead through to closing the new business opportunities.
  • You will be working with Technical Engineer or Solution Architect effectively and communicating high value proposals and presentations.
  • You will be given help for the demo by Technical Engineer or Solution Architect. 
  • Work with lead to convert into opportunity. 
  • Work with online collaboration activity and campaign to generate new business opportunity.
  • Help with creating YouTube, LinkedIn social media content that help you to win new business opportunity.
  • You will collaborate with team use company website and Salesforce ecosystem to generate new business opportunities.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations.
  • Providing customers with quotations.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience.
  • Self-starter and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Previous experience is helpful but not essential as long as you know the process and willing to learn and earn.
  • You should aware consultative sales process and have well connected network would be very helpful but not essential.
  • Working with lead for the client facing environment and meeting with new client for requirements.
  • You will have very well communication skills and outstanding listening skills. 
  • It is acceptable if you are fresh graduated with some Sales and business development experience or knowledge.
  • The ability and desire to sell. A high degree of self-motivation and drive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development.
  • Some sales or account management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management.
