These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://www.applicationhouse.com (the “Site”), operated by Application House Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11300010 and registered office at Unit 25 Fleetway Business Park, 12-14 Wadsworth Road, Perivale, Middlesex, England, UB6 7LD (“Application House”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

  • “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual or entity accessing the Site and agreeing to these Terms.
  • “Services” means any Salesforce consulting, development, implementation, managed services, support, or AppExchange products provided by Application House.
  • “Content” means all text, graphics, images, code, and other material published on the Site.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Use of the Site

You may access the Site for lawful personal and business purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute Content from the Site without our prior written permission.
  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Upload, transmit, or introduce any malicious code, virus, or harmful material.
  • Use the Site to harvest or collect data about other users.
  • Use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or interfere with any other user’s access to the Site.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

4. Services and Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any Salesforce consulting, development, or managed services provided by Application House will be subject to a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work) signed between the parties.

Our AppExchange managed packages are subject to separate End User Licence Agreements (EULAs) available on the relevant AppExchange listing.

Application House does not guarantee specific results from the use of its Services unless expressly agreed in writing.

Application House Limited may operate separate websites and products (including businesscardscan.com), which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. User Comments and Submissions

Where the Site permits users to post comments or submissions, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right and all necessary licences to post the content.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The content is not defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful.
  • The content will not be used to solicit business or engage in unlawful activity.

Application House reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any user submissions without notice. By posting content, you grant Application House a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and edit your content in any format.

Application House does not routinely review user submissions prior to publication and is not responsible for their content. Comments reflect the views of their authors, not Application House.

6. Hyperlinking to Our Site

The following organisations may link to our Site without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies
  • Search engines
  • News organisations
  • Online directory distributors (in the same manner as they link to other listed businesses)
  • System-wide accredited businesses (excluding soliciting non-profit organisations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups)

Other organisations (such as consumer information sources, associations, educational institutions, accounting, law, and consulting firms) may request permission to link to our Site by emailing info@applicationhouse.com with their organisation name, contact details, URL of their site, and the URLs they wish to link from and to. We will respond within 14 days.

Any approved links must:

  • Not be deceptive.
  • Not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval.

No use of our logo or branding is permitted without a separate written trademark licence.
