We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with a passion for Salesforce and a talent for creating engaging, informative content. This individual will play a key role in producing technical guides, marketing materials, and educational content to support our users and promote our Salesforce-based solutions. Your work will not only enlighten our users but also elevate our Salesforce-based solutions to new heights. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:   

  • Develop high-quality content on Salesforce products, features, updates, and best practices.  
  • Create a range of materials including blog posts, user guides, email campaigns, technical blogs, case studies and Collaborate with our product, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals.  
  • Have experience with content marketing initiatives, interviews, blogs, product pages, sales pages, brochures, marketing photos & videos etc. 
  • Must have experience in writing content for leaflets, flyers, emails and social media posts. 
  • Use SEO principles to maximize reach and engagement.  
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce developments to ensure content is current and relevant.  
  • Must require Salesforce marketing content writing experience either an educational degree and Salesforce consulting company experience. 
  • Must be able to create online and offline marketing content.  
  • Must be able to understand leads process that are driven by inbound/outbound effort. 
  • Create creative content to generate leads. 
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales. 
  • Plus to have experience in branding and copywriting 
  • Plus to have brand management experience. 
  • You will have very well communication skills and outstanding listening skills.  

Other Responsibilities 

  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities. 
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects. 
  • You will collaborate with the team to use the company website and ecosystem to generate new lead for business opportunities using creative content.  


  • Minimum of 2+ to 3 years of experience in content writing, with a strong portfolio in tech or CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.  
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.  
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce, its ecosystem, and its user base.  
  • Experience with SEO and digital content strategies.  
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.  
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
